“ Despite the bad reviews from want to be food critics who attack the small business owner. This place has really good food and the staff are extremely nice. The portions are extremely fair for the price. Sometimes I come to the mall just to grab a container of food to take home and nothing else. ”
“ This is not PF Chang's, ok? Not sure why people are reviewing this place like it's a Chinese Ruth's Chris or something. It's literally a Chinese fast food line at a mall, what do you expect? The mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken all taste fine. The fried rice is fine. The customer service is fine. It's Asian customer service. It is cultural and not personal. They do what they need to do and nothing more. Put food on your plate. Give you plate. You pay. You take plate and go. That's all. Before you say my taste buds are dysfunctional, or that it's America and you want American customer service, consider these points. First of all, this is a Chinese place and they don't need to give you American customer service which includes a bunch of unnecessary jargon and makes things highly inefficient. Do you really want to wait 15 minutes for Chinese food? No, you want it now. And secondly, I'm from Southern CA where food is done right and there are high standards for food. This place is fine for my tastebuds. So go ahead. Buy that orange chicken and fried rice. It's just fast food. ”
